Tony Masullo, and his partner, John Personius, moved to Seneca Falls and the beautiful Finger Lakes from New York City to realize a long time dream of owning and operating a Bed & Breakfast in September, 2003. They renamed the property John Morris Manor after the architect who designed and built the home in 1838. Situated atop a secluded hill on 5.7 acres of spectacular natural beauty on Route 89, the house is located on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, three miles from the center of Seneca Falls, and a quarter mile north of the New York Chiropractic College.
Our Bed and Breakfast is open to guests year round. The Manor will also be available for intimate functions and serve as a meeting place for clubs and associations. The home features five large, comfortably furnished guest bedrooms, three with private baths and two with a shared bath. The majority of the common areas on the first floor are open to guests, including two parlors, the dining room, and a den with a fireplace. During the summer guests may relax by the full-sized, in-ground swimming pool. Two bedrooms in the west wing are designated as “pet friendly” for dogs and their well-behaved owners.
